Deck Issues to be corrected at 4911 SE Cora St
I did not mark every board that has a jagged end cut or every miter that has an inconsistent gab or uneven elevation between boards. I just showed examples that they exist.
A - post not square to decking
B - frame built too close to flashing
C - bottom rail upside down
D - rough not clean cuts on board ends
E - board ends elevated from picture frame
F - broken-off screw
G - screws not fully sunk
H - bad miter
I - screws inconsistent and over-sunk
J - extend under stairs to hide framing from street view
K - Board end not secured
L - rail not flush to cap
M - angle not split between boards
N - uneven top rail joint
O - treads different heights
P - does not pass 6-inch test
Q - no backing behind bead-board edge
R - No shingle molding installed to match house roof line
S - damaged board used
T - bead-board not even with fascia board
U - post not centered on bracket, post cracked & post not mechanically fastened to beam
